Do Any of These Challenges Sound Familiar?
- You're the business owner, and in addition to your core responsibilities, you're also managing the commercial side of the business, leaving you overloaded.
- Teams are working hard, but not necessarily on what matters most. The impact isn't reflected in the numbers.
- There's no commercial leader setting the direction. Decisions are made on the fly, and no one knows exactly what's working and what isn't.

- You've hired several marketing agencies, but haven't seen a meaningful improvement in sales or customer relationships.

Do you have any questions?
What is the difference between Fractional Commercial Leadership and Commercial Consulting?
In a consulting engagement, I provide guidance and define the roadmap, but execution remains entirely in your team’s hands.
With Fractional Commercial Leadership, beyond designing the strategy, I take ownership of leading the commercial function, coordinating weekly operational meetings, auditing deliverables, and managing the day-to-day performance of the sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
How long does the engagement last?
The duration depends on your company’s goals and specific needs. However, I typically recommend a minimum of one or two 90-day cycles (3 to 6 months). This timeframe allows us to properly diagnose challenges, bring structure to processes, implement meaningful changes, and generate measurable results before evaluating a renewal focused on new growth objectives.
How do communication and support work throughout the week?
Support is available Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, via WhatsApp or Slack for operational questions and day-to-day guidance. In addition, 30 minutes are reserved each day to address urgent matters through video calls, and dedicated meetings can be scheduled as needed based on project requirements.
If you require assistance outside of regular support hours, exceptional availability can be arranged on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
Does this service include the design and creation of marketing assets?
No. The service does not include the production of graphic or creative assets. However, it does include strategic and creative direction, the provision of templates and processes, and ongoing quality control. This means I review and audit the copy, messaging, and creative materials produced by your team or external vendors to ensure they align with the agreed strategy and business objectives.
How do we measure the success of our work together?
From the outset, we establish a performance dashboard with key metrics (KPIs) tailored to your business objectives, such as customer retention, average transaction value, sales conversion rates, or channel effectiveness.
Every 30 days, I provide a formal performance review with consolidated data, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and actionable insights to assess real progress and make informed strategic adjustments.
What is the difference between a Fractional Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and a marketing agency?
A fractional CCO doesn’t operate as an external vendor, but as an internal leader who drives growth from within.
And while the agency executes specific marketing tasks based on your instructions, the CCO defines the strategic direction, sets priorities, and takes responsibility for results across multiple areas—marketing, sales, and customer experience.
They are complementary roles, not redundant ones.
Do I need a Fractional Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) if I already work with a marketing agency?
Yes, and in many cases, it’s highly recommended. In fact, if you’re already investing in a marketing agency, adding a Fractional CCO often helps maximize the return on that investment.
While your agency focuses on visibility, lead generation, and campaign execution, the Fractional CCO ensures that your commercial strategy, sales processes, and customer experience are fully aligned to convert those efforts into sustainable business growth.
The role of the Fractional CCO is to coordinate and align all stakeholders involved, both internal teams and external partners, so everyone operates with shared objectives and a unified strategic direction, without requiring your constant supervision.
In addition, a Fractional CCO focuses on strengthening the commercial foundation of the business: sales processes, performance metrics, value proposition, customer experience, and scalability. This is critical because marketing amplifies what already exists. If the commercial structure isn’t ready to support growth, a significant portion of the marketing investment may fail to deliver its full impact.
In short, the marketing agency drives execution and opportunity generation, while the Fractional CCO provides the strategy, leadership, coordination, and commercial infrastructure required to turn those opportunities into profitable, long-term growth.
