The Challenge
Several local institutions observed that many children were struggling to learn and to build healthy relationships with themselves and their peers.
Teachers and families were seeking emotional‑management tools that were simple to apply within the existing educational routine—without requiring a complete transformation of the school structure.
The Solution
I designed a four‑month workshop, structured into four half‑day sessions, to address this challenge through the lens of yoga and meditation.

Grounded in the belief that the most effective way to educate is by example—embodying what we want to transmit to our students and children—each session was created for adults to experience the practices first. This allowed them to later bring these tools into the classroom from a place of authenticity, becoming real models of self‑awareness and emotional intelligence.
Each session focused on a specific theme, explored in depth through theory, practice, and playful dynamics that make yoga and meditation accessible and meaningful for children.

Through these shared spaces, I provided practical strategies to strengthen wellbeing and emotional connection within educational environments, fostering healthier relationships among peers and families.
Materials and Resources
Each session included work materials, printed games for classroom use, and a dedicated 50‑page booklet (one per session, four in total) summarizing the most important tools and practices introduced during the workshop.
