Many artisan businesses begin from passion and grow through effort, but without a clear business strategy. At some point, it becomes necessary to evaluate their structure, optimize it, and update their visual identity as well.
That’s the case of my friend Anto’s business. This year marks ten years since she left this world. She had a home‑based gastronomy business, and in her honor, I want to use her project to show you the key steps of the optimization process and how it can help you if you’re ready to professionalize your own business.
This episode is special, and it’s not just about business. For me, it’s a way to show you how it’s possible to transform the pain of grief through creativity and create something meaningful that reminds us that life—and the people we love—are always with us in one way or another.
