A summary of my path
Today I work as a consultant in Wellbeing and Entrepreneurship, and as a Branding and Communication Strategist.
My experience in the business world began at an early age, as my father owned a small company. I grew up observing his work, learning both the positive aspects of that role and what is best to avoid.
I have ten years of experience in communication, yet my journey also spans other disciplines that have profoundly enriched my professional approach: graphic and web design, project management, organization, emotional education and spirituality —including yoga, meditation, psychological consulting, coaching, and therapeutic writing—, poetry, process management, and modeling —runway and commercial photography.
Today I lead multiple projects —Cordivia Studio and Escuela JF— while continuing my professional journey in the fields of business and mental health.
How did
I get here?
I want to share the more personal side of my journey.
These experiences taught me that a good life isn’t defined solely by material stability, but also by emotional and spiritual fulfillment.
